Our class went to a kindergarten class for a fourth grade meeting this morning. One of the rugs with squares was in the room but it was set at an angle to the front of the room. Well, I wanted my kids in rows facing the front of the room. They could not figure it out! Each one was seated in their own square at an angle to the front. They just couldn't get over their K training of sitting in their own squares. Oh, well.

Things my class did not learn this year
Our class went to a kindergarten class for a fourth grade meeting this morning. One of the rugs with squares was in the room but it was set at an angle to the front of the room. Well, I wanted my kids in rows facing the front of the room. They could not figure it out! Each one was seated in their own square at an angle to the front. They just couldn't get over their K training of sitting in their own squares. Oh, well.

they say that you learn all you need to know in life in kindergarten. guess that really is true. :)
